Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
  • After the initial 48-hour window, cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No cancellations or refunds are permitted within 30 days of check-in.
  • Any refund issued under this policy is subject to verification of the extenuating circumstance.

What is Not Covered

Events that do not qualify for cancellations under this policy include:

  • Unexpected personal illness, injury, or disease
  • Government obligations such as jury duty or military service
  • Travel advisories or non-mandatory government guidance
  • Event cancellations or rescheduling
  • Transportation disruptions unrelated to a covered event (e.g., flight delays, road closures, or train cancellations)

If a reservation is canceled for reasons not covered under this policy, the refund amount will follow the standard cancellation policy for the booking.

How to Cancel Under This Policy

If Beachy Bright notifies guests that this policy applies to their reservation, they can follow the provided cancellation instructions. Guests should:

  1. Visit the Trips page and cancel the affected reservation.
  2. If the event has not been officially acknowledged by Beachy Bright, guests should contact customer support and provide documentation showing how the event has affected their ability to complete their stay.

For any questions regarding cancellations, guests are encouraged to contact Beachy Bright customer support.

Additional Information

  • This policy applies to all reservations with a check-in date on or after the effective date.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued immediately upon cancellation and typically appear within 3-5 business days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 15 days to reflect on the original payment method.
